Hawthorn buys St. Louis school from Imagine
Hawthorn Leadership School for Girls plans to debut its college preparatory school this fall at the building at opened in 1925 as the McBride High School.
The building, at 1901 North Kingshighway, will operate as an all-girls charter school for middle-and high school students. Hawthorn offers families of diverse backgrounds an opportunity for single-gender education that focuses on science, technology, engineering, and math.
