Hawthorn Leadership School for Girls

Our Finances

Hawthorn Leadership School for Girls is committed to being a financially stable, fiscally-prudent institution. Our funding comes from a variety of sources: state and federal tax dollars, charitable grants, fundraising events, individual donations and donations from Hawthorn Leadership School Foundation.

Our fiscal year runs from July 1st to June 30th. The finance committee of the board reviews develops our budget with the school staff and regularly reviews financial statements.

Our 2019 Form 990 can be found here.

Effective September 2019, a Missouri statute requires that certain financial and budgetary information be made available.  Please visit dese.mo.gov which has detailed financial and budgetary information about public school district or charter schools.
